Our Team
Lauren Kerrigan
My business career began in 2012 while attending business school in Houston, Texas. After returning to Cape Cod in 2016, I found my passion in helping small businesses and property owners maximize their investments. This path naturally led me to the hospitality and property management industry.
Since 2018, I’ve worked alongside local companies with a focus on growth, strategy, and the unique needs of Cape Cod properties. In 2024, I became a licensed Realtor, further expanding my ability to guide clients through the ownership and investment experience.
In 2026, I founded Vantage Point Home Services after recognizing a clear gap in the local market: the need for a trusted, go-to resource for the projects and problems that don’t always fit neatly into one service category. Today, Vantage Point brings together years of experience, local knowledge, and practical problem-solving to help homeowners protect their investment and keep their properties running smoothly.

Chris brings more than a decade of hands-on experience and a lifelong connection to the skilled trades. Coming from a family of tradesmen, he learned the value of craftsmanship at an early age, building on those traditional skills over the years while embracing modern tools, technology, and techniques.
As a veteran, Chris brings the same integrity, discipline, and attention to detail to Vantage Point that have guided him throughout his personal and professional life. His practical knowledge and resourceful approach make him someone you can trust to find the right solution and see a project through.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Chris enjoying everything Cape Cod has to offer with his daughter and his pup by his side.
